For Our Wholesale Customers:
- As a wholesale customer, your orders can only be processed the same day only when they are received before noon. If you make orders after such time, they will be processed the next business day.
- Before discounts can be offered, your purchase(s) must be at least $50.
- We offer free shipping for wholesale customers from UK, US and Canada. Please note that before you can enjoy FREE shipping on deals, your orders must be at least $400 before tax. Shipping payments will be based on product dimensions like width, height, length, weight and geographical location.
- For products purchased that are not up to $400, wholesale customers from UK, US and Canada will be expected to pay a flat shipping rate of $25.
- If there is any delay in the delivery of your goods, Mobile Xcessories will not be held responsible. At such point, you are expected to contact your shipping company to find out what could have been the cause.
- Please note that customers are 100% responsible for any problem experienced with shipping companies/services they have chosen. For instance, if you choose Canadian Post or eShipper to handle the shipping of your product, Mobile Xcessories will not be held responsible for any delay in the arrival of such goods.
- Also, if your goods get damaged during shipping or are missing, Mobile Xcessories will not be held responsible. It is therefore recommended you exercise caution while choosing a shipping service.
- All buyers are allowed to purchase insurance coverage for their goods in case they are damaged or misplaced.
- If you decide to purchase a private or expedite shipping and delivery service, you will handle 100% of the cost.
Please note that although we will exchange defective products, the shipping cost for returning such items within 15days will be covered by you. Mobile Xcessories will only pay for the cost of shipping the new item(s)/product(s) to you.
For wholesale customers outside the regions mentioned above, shipping cost will depend on facts like weight, dimensions (height, width, and depth), delivery location and ordered quantity.
